Audio input
Your bass replaces oscillator one and passes through immediately while the detector finds its root.

Harmonic layer
A phase-stable sine locks to an integer harmonic from H1 to H20 and follows every detected note.

Noise layer
Filtered texture follows the input level, so it breathes with the original performance.

Multiband distortion
The crossover follows the detected root, keeping the low end clean while the mids take the damage.

Final clip
Hard or soft final clipping controls the result while its crossover can leave the low band alone.

Automatic pitch tracking

Audio mode follows the strongest bass fundamental in real time. Lock mode holds one note when you need absolute consistency.
Immediate clean input

The original sound passes from the first sample. Only the generated harmonic waits for a reliable pitch, so the front of the note is never chopped off.

Harmonic Bass Machine and Harmonic Bass Effects use the same factory and user preset format. Sound updates land in both products together.

Drag a macro onto useful continuous controls, set its range, rename it with a double click, or bypass and remove its connections from the right click menu.

Move from clean saturation and clipping into folding, rectifying, valve and diode characters without changing the signal flow.

Preset loads, INIT, randomise, undo, redo and host restores use a tiny whole-patch fade so the audio changes without a crack.
