Refunds and returns
Merch: changing your mind
You can cancel a merch order from the moment it is placed until 14 days after it arrives. Email josh@unglued.co.uk with your order reference and a clear statement that you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to send the item back.
You can simply write: “I am cancelling order [reference], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. My name and address are [details].” Add the date you send it. You do not have to use those exact words as long as the decision to cancel is clear.
Items need to come back in a condition that allows them to be resold. You are responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. Please keep proof of postage.
Once the return arrives, the item price and the original standard delivery charge will be refunded to the original payment method. A refund may be reduced if an item has been used beyond what is needed to check it, similar to trying it on in a shop.
Merch: faulty, damaged or wrong
If your order turns up faulty, damaged, or it just isn't what you ordered, email josh@unglued.co.uk with your order reference and a photo. I'll arrange a replacement or refund, including reasonable return postage where a return is needed.
Merch: sizing
Tees and hoodies run oversized on purpose, so check the sizing note on the store first. If you're between sizes, email josh@unglued.co.uk before ordering and I'll help. Choosing the wrong size does not remove your online cancellation rights, but return postage is yours to cover.
Merch: made after you order
Garments are printed after an order rather than held in a warehouse. That keeps waste down, but these standard designs and sizes still have the cancellation rights above. It normally takes 3 to 12 days worldwide depending on destination for an order to be made and delivered.
Academy: immediate digital access
At checkout you can ask for the digital lessons to unlock immediately. You must expressly acknowledge that once this digital access begins, the 14 day cancellation right for that digital content ends.
Plugins and other digital products
At checkout you can ask for a plugin licence or other digital download to be supplied immediately. You must expressly acknowledge that once the download or licence access begins, the 14 day cancellation right for that digital content ends. A free demo is available where shown so you can check compatibility and whether the product suits you before buying.
This does not affect your legal rights. If a digital product is faulty, unavailable or not as described, email josh@unglued.co.uk. I'll repair or replace it, or refund you where the law requires it.
DJ Edit Machine: cancellation and refunds
To stop the next monthly or annual renewal, open Account and choose Manage subscription before the billing date shown there. Access continues to the end of the paid period. If the controls are unavailable, email josh@unglued.co.uk. Deleting the app is not a cancellation request.
Cancellation of future renewals does not normally refund the unused portion of a paid month or year. This does not remove any statutory cancellation right that still applies, or your rights where the product is faulty, unavailable or not as described. Immediate digital supply follows the express-consent rules above, not a blanket waiver of all subscription or refund rights. Contact josh@unglued.co.uk with your account email, payment reference and what went wrong so we can resolve it.
Academy: faulty or unavailable content
If paid content is faulty, unavailable or not as described, email josh@unglued.co.uk. I'll fix the access, provide a suitable replacement or refund you where the law requires it.
Academy: cancelling membership
Cancelling takes about ten seconds from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and no further monthly payments are taken. Payments are not otherwise refundable, except where your legal consumer rights require it.
Nothing in this policy limits your legal consumer rights.
