Privacy policy
Short version: your email and your lesson progress, nothing creepy, never sold.
What gets collected
- Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google
- Which lessons you have marked as done
- Subscription status from Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and never touch this site
What it's used for
- Logging you in and remembering your progress
- Billing and the emails that go with it
- Production tips and Academy news, only if you ticked the box, and every one has an unsubscribe link
Who else touches it
Render hosts the site and database in the EU. Stripe handles payments. Resend delivers email. Bunny streams the video. Each only gets what it needs to do its job.
Your rights
Email josh@unglued.co.uk to see, correct or delete what is held about you. Deleting your account removes your data within 30 days, except invoices, which UK tax law requires keeping.
Cookies and analytics
One login cookie so you stay signed in. The public marketing pages use Google Analytics so I can see which pages work; the members area has no analytics at all. If you'd rather not be counted, browser settings and blockers like the Google Analytics opt-out add-on do the job, or email me and I'll point you at the options.
