Install and activate

Download the installer for your computer from your Unglued account. On Mac, drag DJ Edit Machine into Applications. On Windows, run the signed installer for your user account. Open the app, choose Account & lifetime-free updates, then Activate this computer. Sign in using the email you purchased with and confirm the code.

One purchase covers two computers. Activation needs an internet connection. An activated perpetual licence works offline. Source audio stays local.

Free updates, for life

The app checks for updates when idle. You can also choose Check for free updates. Downloads are verified before installation. Export your current work, then choose Restart and update. Windows and Mac each receive their own installer. No upgrade payment is required.

An export sounds different

Stem separation can leave artefacts. Always listen to the exported WAV. The waveform preview checks your timing and section; it does not promise the final stem or mastering sound. Peak protection may lower the output instead of reaching the selected loudness target.
